「The staff is absolutely friendly, helpful and attentive, I had a parcel to the Hotel while I stay and the staff helped me to follow up. Hotel location is close to bakery, restaurant and shopping mall and you can find grocery there. The hotel location is just 5 mins (max) next to famous painting on East Side Gallery. Easy to find. I would like to say thanks for everything in this hotel.🙏」

「The room was booked for our 25th wedding anniversary. Loved every minute of our stay. Decent location which was quiet in the evenings and only a 10-15 walk to some of the main city centre attractions. Complimentary bottle of bubbly on our anniversary which was a nice touch. Room was described as 'cosy'. Whilst they may be smaller than other rooms, the high ceilings give a sense of space. Lovely clean room. The lighting can be a challenge to get right....! Breakfast was excellent. Large choice...

I was surprised to find that there is no refrigerator in the rooms, which I guess it’s common for hotels in Berlin. The sauna is a lovely feature, providing a relaxing experience.
