Just off Main Street (Route 6A), on a very private road in beautiful East Dennis, this sparkling property is an ideal choice for your vacation group of up to six. You can walk to nearby, freshwater Scargo Lake where the calm water and unspoiled views make kayaking and paddle boarding something special. You're also close to several sandy bayside beaches, where at low tide you can walk straight out on the “Flats” for a mile or more.

All along or just off Main Street you'll find extraordinary shops and restaurants. Be sure to check out the Dennis Public Market for its alluring butcher shop and other gourmand discoveries. You'll love dining at the Scargo Café, which you can walk to. Other wonderful eateries nearby include The Marshside, Grumpy's for breakfast and lunch, and Sesuit Harbor Café, where you can watch the boats coming and going while relishing the best fried clams anywhere around. And for live entertainment, you're just a five iron away from the famous Cape Playhouse as well as the Eventide Theater. Walk to either.

Outdoor Living Spaces
Start with the beautiful in-ground heated saltwater pool with its handsome stone patio hardscape. Take a dip then relax in a poolside lounge chair. Or on the completely private 12' X 16' deck. Fire up the gas grill and serve dinner poolside at the umbrella shaded dining table. After a day on the beach, there's something special in rinsing off salt and sand in the enclosed outdoor shower. There's still more appealing outdoor living space on the covered farmer's porch on the side of the house. If you count three or more vehicles go by in an hour, that's a busy day in this tranquil neighborhood.

Indoor Living Spaces
The fully outfitted kitchen has everything to make meal prep easy and enjoyable, including a gas range, granite counters, and high-boy seating for two at the counter. You'll also appreciate the café table with seating for four in the kitchen – perfect for a kids' snack or lunch or morning coffee, if you're not outside. The comely dining room is right off the kitchen. The large living room offers plenty of cozy lounge seating all with a good view of the giant TV mounted over the brick fireplace. This home also offers a second lounge seating room with a smaller TV.

Sleeping Accommodations
There are three bedrooms on the second level. Here's where you'll find the primary suite with its comfy, roomy king-size bed. There's a private full bath as well, featuring a tub plus a freestanding step-in shower. The second bedroom upstairs has a queen-size bed and the third bedroom has a pair of twins. There is also a sleep sofa on the main level that converts to a queen-size bed. The home has 2.5 baths, including two full baths upstairs plus a powder room on the main level.
