The first floor has a bath plus a guestroom with king bed and its own bath. The second floor includes a loft with a TV and comfortable seating area, a guestroom with king bed and private bath, and a guestroom with queen sleeper sofa and bathroom. A spectacular master bedroom (king bed) and master bath overlook the ocean. In the master bath, a gorgeous soaking tub provides relaxing views of the ocean and there is a separate walk-in custom tile shower. This home is furnished with custom towels and Italian linens throughout. In the basement, a ''man cave'' / media room is complete with TV, motion furniture and two ottomans, each which pull out to make single beds.. Also in the basement is a designated laundry room. This home can be rented on a weekly basis, Saturday to Saturday, from May through October. Although there is a one week minimum, two weeks or longer will take precedence.
If desired weeks are not currently available, contact owner to be put on a waiting list for possible openings and/or a priority notification list for the following year.
