You are on vacation once you step into this quintessential beach house. The beach is merely 305 feet away! This two story 1200 square foot home has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The first floor offers a full kitchen with a dining area for 6, as well as two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a a full sized bathroom and queen sized bed, the second ground level bedroom offers two twin sized beds. These two bedrooms share the ground level full sized bathroom. For your convenience the home is also equipped with a stack-able washer and dryer, located on the first floor .On the second floor you will find a large living room with breathtaking views from the over sized deck with seating area . Off of the living room is a large main suite with a queen size bed and a full bath. The upstairs has a queen size sleep sofa. Outside is a large brick patio area with a picnic table, gas grill and of course the outside shower. You can hear the sound of the bay when you are outside, absolutely wonderful vacation rental! Recent updates: new outdoor shower and updated patio space!

Non-refundable $500 Administrative Fee, $300 Cleaning Fee, plus applicable state and local taxes.

Cancellation Policy:

If the Commonwealth of Massachusetts bans short-term rentals, you would receive a full refund. Otherwise, our standard cancellation policy is in effect:

In the event of cancellation for any reason, please contact us immediately followed by in writing. Written notice of cancellation must be accompanied by payment of a $500 cancellation fee to Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty, which may be charged to a credit card. Upon Notice of Cancellation, Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty will endeavor to find a substitute tenant. In the event a substitute tenant is found, monies paid in advance will be refunded, less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due. You herein acknowledge that you will only be entitled to a rebate only if you give written notice, pay the cancellation fee and the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. For your protection, Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty recommends the purchase of Optional Travel Insurance provided by CSA. In the event the property does not rent for the same terms, all Guest payments for the entire agreement amount are due and forfeited to the owner.
