The community has private security, and the property is also conveniently close to several must-visit local attractions, including Pirate's Cove Adventure Golf, the Whydah Pirate Museum, the Cranberry Valley Golf Course, and the Cape Cod Melody Tent for top-tier live entertainment, all less than 10 miles from your door.

Don't worry; the cottage also has parking space for two small cars or one large car in the designated area adjacent to the vacation rental.

Inside, this comfortable cottage boasts a well-equipped, full kitchen with counter seating to make meal prep a snap! The bedroom is also fully furnished and has a smart TV to stream all your favorite channels. The living room has a custom bunk bed boasting comfortable sleeping arrangements. Outside, unwind on the furnished patio, or just enjoy relaxing by the beach in the provided beach chairs and essentials.

In addition to Vacasa policies, Guests also have to adhere to Chases Ocean Groves policies. Violations of these policies can result in removal from the property and refund forfeiture.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
