The staff were very helpful. The room was very clean with good amenities. Would recommend to others to stay here if they’re looking for a hotel that is clean, well maintained and close to the Sanur port.

The staff were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They were always smiling! The air conditioner in our room was leaking water onto the floor on our arrival. We reported it and it was fixed immediately. The tv did not work but on reporting it, it was replaced by another. The tap in the wash basin was extremely loose but was attended to after we reported it. The room was very clean and the housekeeping staff did a very good job!

I stayed one night prior to flying home. Hotel is walking distance to many shops, restaurants, and the beach. Hotel was clean, staff was friendly, but fairly basic by western standards. Overall a good value for the price. If I was wanting to stay and see Sanur Beach there are other hotels closer to the beach, a little nicer, but at a higher cost.
