Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
There was NO stay. Arrived around 6pm all doors were locked, no body answering the doorbell. No phone number provided anywhere so could not get in touch and had to pay for accommodation at another hotel……the Gazebo who were extremely helpful and welcoming. Very unhappy with the experience!!! Do not go there and make the same mistake as I did. Not a good start to my holiday…costing me$200+ for NO accommodation. BAD EXPERIENCE.
