The local people “guests” were noisy and disruptive at night in other rooms, despite the cleaning staff asking them to keep it down for other guests. We cut our stay short because the Indonesian girl above our room was very inconsiderate; being rowdy and moving furniture with her friends at 3AM in the morning. Not……

“Absolutely disgusting place. Unhygienic and unsafe for a child/ any family. It instantly smelt of rats and it was clear the apartment had not been cleaned. Multiple dead animals were found, including cockroaches in the shower. The utensil cupboard, which smelt horrendous, was clear that rats were living in there as multiple rat droppings would appear daily. The people were nice but I believe it was unnecessary that 3 adults (2 men and 1 women) show up, on my first night, at the door at 11pm. I……

“We checked in late at around 10pm, and were greeted with kind and nice staff members. we had to check out early in the morning, the receptionist contacted catering staff once she knew that and helped us to arrange a breakfast box at 5:15am in the morning (their breakfast starts at 6:30am), which we found very considerate. The breakfast was nicely arranged with different foods including vegetables, egg, chicken, sausages, bacon, croissant, bread roll and fruits. It was ready at the lobby at……

“We had a very enjoyable stay at Swan Paradise, We were given an upgrade to an amazing villa which was beautiful grounds were beautifully kept. It is the ideal place to go to relax. I must say it felt like being in Paradise. My only tiny negative needs a bit more lightening at night from the restaurant, apart from that PERFECT! Staff very friendly couldn’t do enough for us. Thank you for a wonderful holiday.”
