“Beautiful views! Great location and close to Kent Narrows! We took day trips to Annapolis and a boat ride to St. Michaels. This house is close to everything! Great restaurants nearby and so much to do!”

“The house is welcoming, with several different seating areas inside and out. We particularly enjoyed the screened in porch and the chairs by the water. Kitchen is very well equipped. The property is about a mile and a half walk to St. Michael’s. The management company is quite responsive. ”

“Location walking distance to everything, house well maintained, fenced back yard. The only thing that should be upgraded is upstairs air conditioning. We could not get inside temperature below 79 F on hot days. Maybe upsize capacity. Downstairs cooling was good. ”

“Our group of 16 friends and family had a wonderful time. The kids, ages 6 to 11, had their own quarters downstairs with plenty to keep them busy. The pool facilities and kayaks/SUP were a lot of fun on the river. We couldn’t have asked for a better layout for both fun and relaxation. Hope we can come back again!”

The house is as advertised and looks just like the pictures. We had two families of 4 staying there and hosted a celebratory birthday dinner for my mother in law's 75th. The kitchen is soooo well equipped and has anything and everything you could possibly need to cook some amazing meals. The house is set up really nicely for hosting multiple……
