Breakfast menu was fresh! We didn’t get any pillows for the pull out and staff said they were “out” of pillows. The pool wasn’t cleaned and ready to use until after 2pm (on a 90 degree day). Otherwise everything was as promised.

I’m not sure what the cleaning staff use to clean hardwood floor on a first floor room, but the smell was so strong and toxic, my wife barely slept after a 15 hr drive. Polaris Pointe on the Cove
Everything about this home exceeded expectations- the host was so welcoming and the home was BEAUTIFUL. The pictures don’t do it justice. I would recommend this home to anyone needing an escape on the lake.
