"Small bit of old used toilet paper on bathroom trash can, otherwise clean. TV's/remote could use an upgrade. Shows kept glitching and the remotes didnt work great. Pillows were nice, if you like extra soft ones. Freezer leaking into fridge, not a big deal, just wet hands when you go to grab something. Staff was incredible. They were SO welcoming and kind. We were staying the night for my birthday and the Av's game. Jorden in Elements restaurant at night was on top of our late night meal after the game. Valet was quick and helpful at check in and check out. All in all would definitely stay again. "

"This was my 4th stay at The Curtis. All have been wonderful. The floors have themes and my most recent stay had a vintage video game motif. Excellent breakfast on Thanksgiving morning. Perhaps it makes a difference to be a Hilton Honors member? I got a beautiful view room on the 15th floor. Close to everything. There is cheaper overnight parking near by, but it is such a great value, I chose to self park at the hotel."
