The Living/ Dining Area

The living area is perfect for hosting multiple guests. The aesthetic gives a comfy, laid back vibe with the vinyl record player, vibrant colors and beautiful artwork. Lounge on either of the two stylish sleeper sofas while watching your favorite team or try out the egg chair! There’s additional seating on the window bench as well! The room comes equipped with a 50-inch flat screen TV, bluetooth soundbar and 420 toke station - supplied with all your smoking needs! The dining room also ties into the living room nicely. Offering two dining tables and four benches that seat 12. There’s also bar seating! The area can accommodate anything from your typical smoke session to gameday events & more!


The Kitchen

KushKations Paradise has a beautifully remodeled kitchen with all new stainless steel appliances. The open layout is perfect to host guests during your stay as the dining room adjoins the kitchen and living room. Guests only need to provide groceries when arriving; your kitchen comes fully stocked with pots, pans, glassware & dinnerware. Perfect for any chef to entertain during your KushKation stay.


The Bedrooms

KushKations Paradise features 5 bedrooms with 9 total beds. Two of the bedrooms have king-sized beds, one bedroom features 2 queen-sized beds, the other is a single queen. The final room has 2 bunk beds with full-sized mattresses - 4 total.

The 1st floor has 2 bedrooms, both king beds are on the first level. One room has a futon for extra seating or bedding! The other king room has two comfy chairs to kick back and relax! There are 3 bedrooms on the lower floor. One room features a spacious, double queen room with ample window lighting. Another room is a double bunk bed room featuring 4 full mattresses. Lastly, the final room on the lower floor is a single queen room. Each bedroom is equipped with a 32-inch TV, hangers + laundry baskets. Privacy is key and guests will feel right at home in their own furnished bedroom.


The Bathrooms

KushKations Paradise boasts 2 freshly renovated stylish bathrooms. Both bathrooms offer spacious walk-in showers. Guests can find hair dryers, lush towels, & shower accessories like shower gel & shampoo located in both bathrooms. Freshen up before you explore Denver in the upstairs or downstairs bathrooms.


The Theater Room

The Backyard

Kushkations Paradise has a large private backyard. There's plenty to do in this spacious, multi level patio area. On the deck you get a great view of the entire yard from the comfy couch. Or you can sit at the picnic table and watch the game or a movie on the projector screen. In the yard, there’s a propane grill, 6 seater hot tub, a propane fire pit, mini golf pong and an all around chill area.
