Dive into true elegance with Modern Moroccan flair at our luxe penthouse. Set amidst the skyline of Downtown Denver, this retreat is drenched in the sophisticated essence of global travel. From Moorish artwork to the poetic elegance of the “We the People” in Arabic script, and the high-tech Japanese toilets, the penthouse truly encapsulates sustainable luxury living with a Moroccan twist.

Upon entering, you'll be embraced by art reminiscent of a Museum of Modern Art. The living area showcases a vibrant Moroccan blue wall and a meditation recliner, ensuring peace meets luxury. Soak in the skyline through expansive windows or set your ambiance with colored lights. Lounge in modern loft furniture, adorned with Moroccan textiles, all while enjoying a 65” TV and superior sound system.

Recharge in the master suite's California King bed, accented with bamboo memory foam pillows. Japanese smart toilets elevate the ensuite bathrooms. There's also a secondary suite with two Twin XL's that can also be converted to a King as well as a zen third bedroom with a queen with mesmerizing city views.

The kitchen gleams with amenities. Sip a Nespresso brew, enjoy the purity of ion-filtered water, and cook with Hexclad non-toxic cookware. Share meals and conversations by the breakfast bar, or outside on the porch, offering superior downtown views and glimpses of the distant mountains.

PARKING INFORMATION
Private, heated garage parking is available for select units at Espadin LoHi, including this one. You can reserve one dedicated garage space for an additional cost of $25 per night and $40 per night for EV charging vehicles, providing convenient and secure parking right in the heart of Denver.

Please note that street parking in this area can be limited and competitive, especially during evenings and weekends, so we recommend giving yourself a little extra time to find a spot or securing a private garage parking space ahead of time.

PET-FRIENDLY POLICY
We also welcome pets as part of the family, but to maintain cleanliness and comfort for all guests, we implement a pet fee of $75 per stay. Guests must notify us in advance if they plan to bring a pet, and a maximum of two pets are allowed per rental unit. Pet owners are responsible for any damages caused by their pets, and adherence to pet-related house rules, such as leash requirements and waste disposal guidelines, is required. By booking with us and bringing a pet, guests agree to comply with these terms. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.

PLEASE NOTE:
▪︎ Parking garage space can be reserved for an additional cost of $25 per night and $40 per night for EV charger.
▪︎ Check-out time is firm, with no exceptions. A charge may be applied if housekeeping is delayed due to late check-out.
▪︎ Early check-in availability cannot be confirmed until your arrival day. Bag Drop-off (in the event early check-in is not available) can be arranged beginning at 12:00 pm MST but is subject to approval.
▪︎ Access to the mailbox is not available. Any packages delivered to a mailbox or mail room cannot be retrieved, and we cannot take responsibility for lost or undeliverable packages.
▪︎ An additional fee of $25/night will be charged for guests exceeding the number of standard occupants.
▪︎ 3D Virtual Guides/Tours are not available through Homes Villas by Marriott Bonvoy.

We were bummed that the bathroom was so far from the one bedroom. The screen door knob was broken. Other than that, very clean. Lovely space. Great location!

We loved the space. View of downtown from the deck and view of mountains from the rooftop. Full kitchen, comfy beds, heated toilet seats and laundry. Walkable to several restaurants, etc. Would stay again!

What a stay!

Amazing communication, location, and even left us local hot spots to visit. Beautiful view of the city walking distance from Broncos stadium. We even got the chance to check out Colorado in nearby Boulder. The only thing that could’ve made it any better was if the Falcons won. Maybe next time ;)

Nice central location

The unit had a great view of the city from the balcony and a wonderful 360 from the roof. Little restaurants and shops in the LoHi area were super convenient walking distance for the most part. The unit was very spacious. Overall good experience BUT, couches had spots all over them, TVs were frustrating to operate with apparently no channels unless you log in to your own service (no instructions), gas for fire pit and grill did not work, there wasNOT a fitness area as stated, and the smoke alarm chirped ALL weekend despite me calling in about it several times. Parking isn’t as easy as it was made out to be because it’s all first come on the street and in the evening VERY HARD to park close, thus afternoon checkin lugging bags a block wasn’t easy or convenient. (Someone was always parked in loading zone. No Mexican restaurant downstairs like it made it seem either.

Awesome property that was plenty of space for 6 adults that is located right in the middle of Denver’s LoHi neighborhood. Apartment is newer and very modern with upgraded appliances. Cleanliness was excellent upon arrival. Very walkable to bars and restaurants. Can recommend for your next visit to downtown Denver.

Beautiful property!

This condo was impeccably clean, comfortable and just as portrayed! The only issue we had was parking… There just wasn’t any and unfortunately our visit coincided with a winter storm. My husband ended up parking 25 minutes away and walking back to the condo at 11:00 at night. Not an ideal situation. ☹️
