We loved the proximity to everything in downtown Littleton. So cute and walkable. We were also close to our family in Littleton so will be back. Place was so nice and had everything we needed. Cindy was great and allowed us to check in an a little early since we were traveling with a pet. Thanks so much!

Perfect location!

Stayed at the loft for 10 days while visiting family in the area. The property had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. Bed was very comfortable and the size of the loft was perfect for the two of us. When in need of a place in Littleton in the future, I will definitely look to stay at the loft!

Great location in downtown Littleton

We loved this place! We walked every morning around downtown and stopped at various local places for breakfast. The unit was roomy, clean and very well-stocked. The owner responded quickly with any questions. We will stay here again in the future.

One block from Main Street

So nice to stay so close to Main Street at Christmas time! Would suggest getting a digital lock w a code - a lock box is pretty old school. Loved that cable was included so I didn’t have to Log in to my streaming accounts. Bed was comfy

Absolutely Perfect!

The loft is in the perfect spot--a stone's throw from coffee, shops, food, drinks, and the train. It was much bigger than we expected and had a fabulous rooftop patio. Everything was neat and clean and communication with our host was excellent. We can't wait to come back for a longer stay!

Great location!

The property was in a great location allowing access to 470 and everything else. It was nice to be able to just walk to downtown Littleton without having to fight for parking. Cindy was great communicating during the whole process and kept us updated when there was an issue before we got to the property. We will definitely see about using the property again next time we are in the area.

Great location

Overall our stay at this upstairs flat was great. It was literally a half block from restaurants and boutique shopping. Though the bathroom is small the rest of the flat was large. The king bed was very comfortable. This may not be the right choice however for older travelers. The parking lot is very uneven and the stairs are not adequately lighted. The host was very accommodating as we had to change our reservation due to weather.

Downtown Littleton

Nice loft right in downtown Littleton. Easy access to many shops and restaurants. Well appointed. Comfortable king bed. Only downside was the table and chairs outside. All four chair had the seat torn. Would have been nice to sit outside in the evening. Otherwise, nice place.

Very Spacious!

We stayed here while in town for my sister's wedding. The location was great for us due to the location of the wedding events plus it was right in downtown Littleton close to many restaurants & shops. The unit was very spacious & the king bed was really comfortable! The owner was responsive to questions & available via text which was helpful when we got in from our 13 hour drive late at night. The alley behind the unit does have access to the parking area which was nice when a truck & trailer were blocking the main driveway all day on the weekend. The outdoor area was great for a morning cup of coffee or evening quiet time since the space is above an office.

Eclectic downtown loft

This loft is all about location, walk to restaurants and shops in downtown Littleton and easy access to highway. It was clean and comfortable. It is not "elegant, executive" as described. Décor and furniture are eclectic and dated, including the red sheets and curtains. The bathroom is very small and at the opposite end of unit from the bedroom. With that said, for the price it was a good value.

A hidden gem

I chose Cindy's place for a friend to stay at while visiting from out of town. The pictures are good but in my opinion it's even nicer than the listing leads you to believe. Plenty of room to rest and relax and the kitchen is great if you want to cook up some meals. The downtown shops are right outside your door so it's easy to enjoy food and shopping without even needing a car. I live 10 minutes away and I'm tempted to rent it again just to have a nice stay in downtown Littleton. Cindy was responsive to any question I had and when the VRBO site was being a little glitchy she called me to make sure my answers were answered super fast. Amazing!
