Great location, 10 min downtown Denver. 15 to Red Rocks. Regis university 5 min
- The unit is a private two-bedroom that has been completely remodeled. Has its own private entrance. Everything is new and up-to-date. It is on the second floor and very comfortable. Air conditioning. It has a furnished kitchen and a desk for office work. It is non-smoking but has an outside covered patio area that is very comfortable for outdoor smoking.
Very safe quiet neighborhood with a park two blocks away. 10 minutes to the football and baseball stadiums. And for the concert goers to red rocks, 15 minutes.
** No smoking inside and no pets.

This is a great place to stay if you have a car and you want it as a site for exploring Colorado. It's clean, tidy, and the owner is super responsive. There is an adorable and hip little neighborhood about half a mile away with shops and great restaurants.
