The breakfast was amazing. Great selection...just add some fruit. Our TV needed to be replaced & Filiberto & Richard were amazing! Filiberto put in the work order & Richard & Jesus made it happen. Awful front desk customer service, bathtub was dirty had filth in it, missing soaps, missing shower gel, tiles falling off in bathroom, grease and dirt on bed sheets, office chair was filthy dirty, grim, nasty stains on it. Hilton honors members, they don’t care about you or your member benefits at all. Not impressed, I travel to Denver several times a year. Will stay anywhere else. This Hampton was so disappointing, embarrassing for the Hilton brand.

Do not stay in this hotel. There was a huge stain in the couch in our room and when I went down to the lobby to communicate with staff they laughed and said that most couches and the hotel were stained. Also bathroom sink was not draining properly. They refused to give us a different room or give me a refund because I decided not to stay.

Never book this hotel. This hotel is a scam. I am a non smoker. After I checked in two days later. Hotel charged me $500 for smoke policy violation. I went down to front desk to ask them to check the room or use their equipment to test if there was a smoke or not since I was still in there, they refused to do anything to verify it. They just said that their smoke sensor tested it. I told every customer in this hotel to watch this practice and report it to consumer agency in general attorney office of Colorado state. Furthermore this hotel is not clean, very dirty. Please see the attached photos. I wasn’t check online review until I found smoke policy scam. There were many complaint about this hotel’s smoke policy which were same experience I had. I believe that they are intention to charge customers extra fee by using so called “smoke sensor”. Be aware!!!

This was by far the best hotel I have stayed at. Everything was clean, the staff were very helpful and friendly. Nothing was lacking or broken in the room. And the breakfast was GREAT! My partner went back for 2nds and was considering 3rds! That doesn't usually happen at a hotel breakfast. Thank you for making our stay so easy and relaxing.
