Staff was great. Room was clean. Even though there was a good-sized wedding reception going on, we couldn't hear it from our room. Beds were comfortable. Wish they did room service, but going downstairs to pickup our order wasn't a hardship.

Love the hotel and front desk but the eatery Burger Theory was nasty tasting, including old cooked hot wing, tasteless Cole slaw. Was out of blue cheese which is the only dip for me with wings. A waste of money. Last night and did not want to go out.

Great place for a great price
The room was comfortable and had everything you'd need. It's no frills but nice decor and very clean. Staff was very friendly at front desk and in restaurant.

I was at your property 5 years ago and our stay was fabulous so much that we returned to the same place, however right now the property is very neglected, the place is very dirty and throughout the stay the cleaning in the rooms was poor, they only took out the trash and They removed the dust, the heater failed one night.

The hotel is new and nice, well kept up. The only reason I give 4 instead of 5 stars is I reserved an accessible bath type room and got a regular one. My special needs brother needed to use the bathroom immediately on arrival or I'd have requested a change, which I suspect they would have done.

First entered the room and there were fecal remains in the toilet. The curtains on the window let in a lot of light into the room. You aren’t able to close the outer curtain to make it darker so the sun comes in early in the morning. Checkout was at 11am but house keeping knocked on the door around 8:30 am. There is not continental breakfast at this location. They have a food voucher and you pick the breakfast entree of your choice from a menu. The food was delicious on my plate. My boyfriend received a piece of burnt toast but we aren’t the type to complain. Overall we had a great stay. Free parking but they charge a card for $100 upon arrival and it’s released upon checkout. It can take up to 5 days to get your money back.

Easy access to the hotel from Arapahoe Road, yet still secluded enough from the traffic noise. The two young men at the front desk were extra friendly and helpful

Best Stay Ever!!
First off it’s ridiculous how quiet this hotel is!! I have in very expensive hotels and heard every little thing but here I heard nothing once inside my suite! The bed just sucks you in and begs you to stay, so clean, staff was ready to help with anything you needed and bonus there was a Starbucks right next to it! Great place and highly recommend!

Perfect Stay!
On a company trip and this hotel was just what I was looking for! Comfortable beds, friendly staff, and the restaurant had yummy food making it convenient to get a bite to eat without leaving the hotel.
