Beautiful space perfect for events!

I had my graduation party here and it was absolutely perfect for that event! Everyone was raving about how much they loved the house. Having the speaker system and the cooler and the games already there were a huge help, and the rooftop terrace was beautiful!!

Downtown acclimating before Breckenridge

What a neat place. High tech and modern. Tons of room. Great outdoor space too. Walking distance to grocery store, great restaurants (Snooze, Marco’s Coal Fired Pizza & Aloy Thai) and secure parking. Host was quick to answer any questions and even helped us fix the coffee maker. Would definitely stay here again.

Family stay and close to Coors Field!

Great space to have large group and close to coors field for Billy Joel concert! Our host Jon was fabulous to work with! He knew we were coming in for the concert and even downloaded Billy Joel playlist on portable speaker we used on the rooftop patio! More bells and fancy whistles than you can imagine

We had a large group stay here for Redrocks weekend. Central location for food, bev and entertainment. Host was quick to respond to any questions and accommodated an early check in. Would recommend!

Really loved the location for a bachelor party. House was perfect and Jon was beyond accommodating. If you're thinking about this place, you won't regret it!

Great location and huge condo. Too many bars and restaurants within easy walking distance to count. Ballpark within 2 blocks and can be seen from the rooftop. Communication with Jon was great. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning.

Property was perfect for our group. Lots of space, clean and fun. Location was close to lots of great restaurants and Jon was great to work with. His other condos are great for large groups like ours giving everyone their own bed.

Great stay

Had a great time staying at Jon’s loft! We had a group of 12 and it had plenty of space. Plus darts, shuffle board, and a huge private roof with cornhole. Location is prime. Walking distance to tons of breweries and restaurants in RINO and Five Points. Would definitely stay here again. Jon was great a host with good communication for checkin and checkout (he even let us stay late on Sunday because he didn’t have another checkin, which was super nice)!

Weekend in downtown Denver

Great property. Perfect for a fun get together weekend with Friends. Plenty of space. Great rooftop. And Jon was a great host, very responsive, and we had everything we needed.

Great place for a great bachelor weekend

The space is very accomdating for large groups! Had lots of beds, sheets, fresh towels, and spacious bathrooms. The location puts you within a few blocks of the baseball field, cool bars and restaraunts, head shops, corner stores and anything else you would need. John was very accomodating and gave us a tour when we arrived. We would definitely come back.

Great Location, Amazing place, Best owner

First off the property is amazing. Perfect for larger groups and fit our need exactly. It is located in the a great area of downtown Denver. We enjoyed ourselves being able to walk to everything we had planned. When you're inside the place, there is no loud outside noises that keep you up and the rooftop deck is exceptional. There are plenty of places to sleep. Lastly, and this can't be stated enough Jon the owner is exceptional. He was there to meet us, helped us with everything that we encountered and has great recommendations. Thank you for an amazing Denver experience!

Great Location, Amazing Loft, Fantastic Host!

The look and feel of this modern loft is perfect for downtown Denver. Garaging was secure for all our bikes which kept us relaxed so we could enjoy our stay. Beds were comfortable and the rooftop view is amazing. Jon happen to be out of town during our stay but you wouldn’t have known it. He made sure his people were available if we happened to need anything. Totally recommended!!!
