“The room was clean ”

“We booked there and breakfast was included. Then the staff said that breakfast was not included when booking through a third party. Also, the curtains in the room could not be closed, so we could not sleep at noon because it was too bright. In addition, the water in the bathtub did not flow. The next day when we checked out, we asked the counter staff if the two bottles of water were free. He said it was not free and one bottle cost $3. Then I was going to take it back to the room, but he said……

“Origin is probably my favorite place to stay when I come to this area of Colorado. The rooms are clean and refreshing, and the staff are cheerful. The plaza provides a safe area for walking and exploring its shops and restaurants. It is also centrally located with easy highway access. ”

“This hotel is fantastic---it was beautiful, clean, quiet, and comfortable. My room was nice and spacious and I enjoyed the fitness center and excellent breakfast. It was a great location, 25 minutes from downtown with mountain views. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. So happy with my choice to stay here.”

“The room was nice and clean the stuff for courteous and some were very nice breakfast though that needs some work they were short staffed the pancake maker kept clogging up and there were always running out of something and then I got stale milk which made me sick and the pool smelled like dirty feet but it was really nice the hot tub was the right temperature nice and hot and the pool was nice and warm”

“My stay was great! It was quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was a great treat in the mornings. And the cookies in the evening. The hot tub wasn't working while I was there. All in all it was a great stay and I would stay again.”
