About this space:
Live it up at this new modern masterpiece! With 4400 sqft of luxury and entertainment, you are in for the vacation of a lifetime! Enjoy the high-end fully stocked kitchen, 2 coffee stations, large screen TVs, HS internet, game center, outdoor dining and a private heated pool/spa! Enjoy luxury & comfort in the Master Suite with in-floor heating plus 5 more gorgeous bedrooms all with super comfy beds! In Arvada minutes from Denver & Apex Sports Center. 15 minutes from kayaking at Standley Lake!
The space:
The Master Suite plus 3 more bedrooms and 2 more full baths are all upstairs. The mainfloor is living, dining & kitchen plus a study and 1/2 bath. Outdoor dining & grill are out back on the deck and the pool/spa is on the side of the home with access via the laundry room Downstairs includes the game center, partial kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath.
