The condo is exclusively yours, without interruption during your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home. The building has 24-hour security and 24-hour concierge service, we offer two covered and well protected and secured parking spaces within the buildings parking garage. Parking spots are on 3rd floor garage marked with red and white visible signs "private parking 1707". Must have a QR code to access the garage.

★ COVID-19 SANITIZATION ★
Heath, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.

★ NO PETS ALLOWED ★
We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our condo is not suitable to accommodate them.

★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking inside the condo! Any smoking evidence will result in odor removal and furniture cleaning fees beginning at $1000.

★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★
We kindly ask you to treat our condo as your own home, please preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.
