Rented this unit for the hot tub. The jets weren't working. The owner said to close some of the jets but they all had solid metal rings around them that don't adjust and owner said the motor could be taxed using both jets and heater at same time but that didn't work. Asked for a partial refund didn't mention an amount but got no reply from owner. He did answer all other questions.
Hall bathtub was clogged I pulled the hair from previous occupants out by hand. Master bath shower was clogged I didn't have tools to fish the clog out so that welled up at your feet while taking shower. Ground level bath smelled like sewer gas for a day so I ran water down sink and flushed toilet but it was still there. If you plan on staying in ground level bedroom bring an air mattress the futon was falling apart and old. You can't get into garage I tried to use code to park in there because the street is full in the evening. Lock on family room slider door needs adjustment I tried to do it but didn't have a screwdriver. There's a small adjustable bar like a shower curtain hanger to keep people out.
If you don't mind that stuff the owner seems friendly. Rest of place was fine.
