I was looking for an isolated, high-end property in the mountains of Colorado not too far from the airport where I could stay with some of my friends for 10 days without feeling the need to leave, and that's exactly what I found at LoVE Mountain Ranch. My favorite part was the in-house movie theater since I havent' been able to go to a movie in over 20 years. A friends' daughter celebrated her 11th birthday at the house and we had a hard time keeping her out of the hot tub despite the cold and snow. And we all loved the steam shower in the master bathroom. Rex was very accommodating and even provided us with a DVD player in the theather so I could watch the movies I brought. He made sure the road was plowed for us and even shoveled all the decking for us, which is a lot of work because there is so much of it. People need to know the bedrooms occupy 3 levels and the master suite is on the 3rd level, where I stayed. Climbing the stairs was a bit difficult for someone turning 60 who was not used to the altitude and has health issues, but it was worth it. The bed was firmer than I'm used to, but I slept well and didn't have any pain nevertheless. And the view of the city was outstanding! My friend had a cold and suffered from the dry air, but Rex provided us with a mister which she kept in her room. It helped her breathe and stopped her dry nose. I highly recommend staying at LoVE Mountain Ranch any time of year.
