Breakfast was good ,clean dining room .pool was cold very cold ,hot tub broken if your staying just to sleep it a good quick stop if your traveling with kids or staying a few days go somewhere else .

The breakfast was the best part. Room was clean & updated, which can’t be said about much of the property. The first room we were given had no remote (we got one from the office), then the toilet wouldn’t flush, so we had to move to another room. Second room was okay.

Booked it for 2 nights and checked out the following morning only stayed one night because the room smelled of cigarette smoke and the room was dirty the sink toilet and shower were clean and linen was clean but everything else was dirty pool out order and it was dirt! Never going back there again they also took a fifty dollar deposit and it has not been redeposited yet! Horrible experience it was rated 6 and 1/2 stars no reviews my bad for booking a $99 a night hotel!

The hotel is next to a very busy loud road. Parking is minimal. When we went to use our keycard to get in the back door, it was already open, not secure, when I asked the front desk about it, they just said, “yeah, it’s broken”. Staff was very nice. Elevator sounded awful, we took the stairs after that 1st ride. Very thin walls. I wouldn’t stay here again.

We rented 4 room for 4 days. 2 of our rooms had trash left over around the beds. They were very musty rooms. It smelled of Marijuana the whole time we were there. It is not quiet due to the traffic. Semi's are constantly on their air brakes as there is a traffic light right next to the hotel. After checking in the front desk clerk said she would not reccomend swimming as there is something wrong with the lights.

I have stayed at this hotel many times over the past several years. This is the first that I have not been satisfied. The carpets were REALLY dirty (in hallways, stairs, and the rooms). The elevator wasn’t working. Our room still had an opened bag of Takis chips sitting on the floor behind the chair and there was no hot….or even Lukewarm water. We checked out and asked for a refund for our remaining two days and then went to a different hotel, which was way cleaner and the same price.

I was not told about the elevator being out of service until after check in and I was given a room on the 3rd floor. Seemed like the pool, and elevator were not working and there was no mention of this at booking or check in. Also the room AC stopped working in middle of the night. My room was over 80 degrees as we woke up and got ready for check out. Staff had minimal concerns for this.
