Locks were not working on the door, could hear the next room , even snoring late in the night. No coffee on the buffet. They also charged my card 100.00 instead of just authorizing it. I have a dispute in with my card company now. I won’t stay there again

The breakfast was really good. I just wish they had danishes. Staff was nice. Aur conditioner was amazing because we like it as cold as possible. Cold soda would have been nice as I don't drink much coffee. The coffee in the room is way too small.

Las habitaciones sonMuy diferente a las fotos que publican en la aplicación. La alberca estuvo fuera de servicio durante toda mi estancia. El seguro de la puerta de mi habitación no funcionaba. El refrigerador de la habitación tampoco funcionaba. El servicio de la camarera que me atendió fue muy bueno, pero en Guest Services nunca hubo alguien que me pudiera ayudar, ya que ninguno hablaba mi idioma.
