Denver is a vibrant, thriving city with countless things to do and see. As a Central Denver native, I welcome you to one of my favorite places in the World! This lovely main floor apartment in a classic Denver Square home has it all. My home was converted into two apartments in the 1960s providing the best of both worlds - efficient space in a private home. Location is one of the very best things about my space. Just ten minutes from Downtown and Cherry Creek, walkable to South Broadway and Washington Park, my home is positioned perfectly to the best restaurants, entertainment and sightseeing Central Denver has to offer. Let this be your launch pad and sanctuary in the Queen City of the Plains. Come work, play and enjoy! The apartment is the upstairs unit in a Victorian Era home with two total units. It is a super comfortable space where you can relax, get good rest and still have fun. The two bedrooms are on separate floors and the attic bedroom has a high-power, dedicated AC/heat unit so the temperature can be controlled via remote to maintain comfort. The kitchen has plenty of storage and there are two and a half extra closets in addition to the bedroom closets. There are SmartTVs in both bedrooms and one in the living room. There is a set of indoor wood stairs to enter the apartment and another short flight to the attic bedroom. In addition, we have limited storage in the basement and a shared washer and dryer.
We should mention...this is a non-smoking private residence with a strict policy.
Pet Policy We no longer accept pets on our property.
Guest access You will have access to the separate two-bedroom apartment through a private entrance and then up a flight of stairs (second and third stories of the home). I live downstairs and my front door accesses both units which have their own, inside private doors. The second bedroom is in the attic of the home up a short flight of stairs from the apartment. We have keyless entry to make it simple and are only a few minutes away if you need help.
Other things to note Our home has stairs so it can be challenging if you have trouble climbing stairs or feel winded at high altitude (5,280 ft in Denver).
