This hotel has so much personality to it, Saul was so helpful and friendly. Each room was stunning and so clean. I am so happy that I found this hotel to stay at and if I am ever back in Denver and definitely booking again!

After finding the property we decided not to stay. Was not as advertised as far as the location goes. It was in a sketchy area of town. Watch a few drug deals (we think) right out of the room window and saw some ladies of the evening (if you know what I mean). Facility was a run down old Victorian House that was in need of some TLC. The air conditioning was a window air conditioner that was probably about 30 yrs old.

Cute place, fairly quiet for the age of the building, central location, but on a very sketchy road (Colfax), so be aware if you're a female traveling alone. Street parking is free, if you can find it, there's no designated lot. Few amenities, so bring your own stuff.

Interesting and unique rooms as each room is different. Loved having a small kitchen and frig. Also enjoyed the sitting room. Did not like the homeless folks all camped out in the street (Colfax) as it is under construction.

I loved the Holiday Chalet for its character and for Alejandro, a staff member who was incredibly attentive and generous. Also - I slept like a baby in both of the rooms I stayed in, the Helene and the Charles rooms.

This place is such a colfax time portal and true gem. The decor was very cool. Location was great on the facts of life. The room was great for the price with everything I needed and a great view. Check in was easy and host was responsive but not physically present. They accommodated an early check in and were very nice.

This is an older boutique hotel that has a lot of personality and is well kept. The beds were comfortable. Although staff is ot on site, they stay in contact and were very responsive with communication.

I had such a wonderful stay here! The outside and inside looked like a storybook, and it was so clean. The staff were so friendly and truly helpful to me when I ran into issues caused by my own situation. Thank you to them for accommodating me, I hope to visit again!

Well honestly we only stayed one night. The pictures do not do this place justice. It was old, dirty and uncomfortable. We did not like that there was no deadbolt on the door. The bathroom smelled terrible, we had to make sure the door was closed. After only a few hours in the room we decided to book a room elsewhere. I would not stay here again. And the manager was also three sheets to the wind and had a big weird dog, he said it was a nipper, lol

Good value for money! The hotel is old fashioned and the neighborhood is iffy. So it's good for solo travellers but not families as such. Amenities were good with kitchen and bathroom. AC is decent enough

The value of this place is really good! If you like older Victorian vibes, this place is for you. It is right off Colfax so it is pretty loud but they do provide ear plugs which was an added touch. I also liked that they provided toothbrushes/ toothpaste, a razor/ shave cream along with the usual hotel things like body wash/shampoo. The room was clean but it is pretty old so if you’re looking for something super modern and updated, you’ll want to pick somewhere else. The Albert room we stayed in had a kitchenette as well which was really nice

This is a very unique stay. We parked right on High Street with no issues. I was really pleasantly surprised by how quiet the room was, given the location. The rooms are special, but old, and there were some maintenance issues. Still, I'd stay there again. The beds and comfortable and the shower worked great. You get lots of bathroom amenities if you need them.

Fun and funky guest house. Self check in is very easy and convenient. I had a question about WiFi and the management responded very promptly. The location is convenient to many things. And the ambiance and decor is very fun. Hope to stay again soon.

This was a disaster and disappointment! The chalet has beautiful pics but the room we were in was unappealing at best. The room was painted traffic cone orange. Start with the bath tub that had black n gray n brown gunk on it and the drain full of hair and paint chips, then the toilet that had to have the handle held for several seconds to get to flush.
