「A Proper Little Gem(We Almost Kept It Secret) Our stay felt wonderfully homely, with every comfort we could ask for, including a few we never knew we needed! Barry was an excellent host whose entertaining stories and warm welcome made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The place was clean, bright and perfectly situated for us, and the cooked breakfast was fabulous, all freshly cooked to order and very generous. We'd highly recommend a stay here and will definitely be back.」

「Amazing stay. Staff couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful. Often hotels state pet friendly, but these guys added some really nice useful touches, to make us all welcome. Beautiful property in a great location.」

「A country pub, with a large room and a very comfortable bed. Lovely crisp white sheets. We enjoyed our evening meal - freshly cooked, good value. Breakfast was excellent, with good coffee.」

The main lounge was spacious with a bar, tv and reading materials. Although we weren't fishing, the lodge was a great facility to stay at in quiet and beautiful surroundings. We highly...
