Louvered bifold doors open from the sitting to a spacious, covered, ocean front patio with dining for 6, lounging and bar area with seating. This area also has mature trees and a small tropical garden with water feature. From here spectacular views of the ocean can be enjoyed, whilst watching catamarans sail by, or just simply enjoy the sun set. There is great snorkeling on an exquisite reef just in front of the house where turtles can be spotted daily.

LOCATION: The property is a 5 minute walk to Fitts Village, a lovely fishing village where you will find a supermarket and local shops. For those of you who won’t have your own transport we are located on the main bus route to both Bridgetown, Speightstown and Holetown . For the golf enthusiasts golf is available at The Sandy Lane and Westmoreland clubs which is within a 10 minute drive. Nearby Holetown, offers a lovely selection of ocean front restaurants and both high end and local shops. The famous Cliff, QP Bistro, Il Tiempo, Wendys sports bar, Cariba restaurants are less than half mile away.
