the room was super nice, spacious, clean and cozy. There were various choices for the buffet breakfast which is out of our expectation. We will definitively come back if we visit bath again. Thanks again Gemma for welcoming us.

Such a fantastic property, with great communication from the host. Our stay was too short(but very sweet!) Wish we had booked for another night. Absolutely loved the history of the property. Apartment was very clean and well kept. Bed was comfortable with a great bathroom. Very central location, great for exploring Bath. Some noise around 7am when they deliver towels to the Spa next door, but otherwise quiet, as it's on side street/no through road.
