「Perfect spot for my needs. I am a retired traveler, and this place had everything I needed. The photos are accurate, the apartment was very clean, and everything worked properly. It is in a great location with plenty of restaurants and nightlife within walking distance (the Thai restaurant in the building was a huge bonus). It is in walking distance of the Capitol Building, the sculpture garden, and Gray's Lake. It is on a major surface road, but there was zero noise in the apartment....

「i was in Des Moines for a few days of cycling and hanging out and this location was great! the apartment was clean and spacious and had everything i needed plus i could get to any of a dozen cycling trails from the apartment or in under 20 minutes by car. also the east village area is walking distance and very fun!」

「A wonderful place. The only problem was finding the lock box(hooked onto the railing). The video showing where it was showed a different property altogether. Once you get in the first time everything went great from then on.」
