“Newer apartment complex close to downtown. The space was clean and we felt safe in our surroundings. Positives: It was bigger than the basic hotel and cheaper so we were happy with our stay. Once we found the pool/game room on the 3rd floor, we enjoyed. Appreciated the hangers in the closet and ice trays in the freezer. Cons: No private patio, the couch is actually a futon and uncomfortable, the street parking was about 2 blocks away each night and the TV connection was painfully slow; we ended……

“The host was super welcoming and pleasant. However the cleanliness of the flat wasn’t quite up to par. When we arrived at the Vrbo the trash hadn’t been removed prior to us getting there. The floors through out the flat were dirty, there were feces left in the toilet and mold on the shower curtain. The Vrbo did not have toilet paper and only had half a roll available once we arrived (not too big of a deal had it been a longer trip we would have planned needing to buy more) overall it was……

“THIS IS A DORM ROOM! This property was very disappointing. It was a student housing and not a vacation rental. The hallways and apartment had a strong musty smell, and I had to run the humidifier constantly—dumping it every 3 hours.The unit was not well stocked (only two forks), and the coffee pot didn’t even fit the machine properly to make coffee. Rugs were worn and dirty, the sheets had a musty odor, and there were no extra blankets provided. Beds were cheap, 4 inch mattress on a metal……

“Not really impressed with this property. The furniture seemed like “staging” furniture. Looks good in picture but in person, run down. The beds were uncomfortable and pushed into corners. One bed did not have a fitted sheet. Only a mattress protector. The couch in the living room is much smaller than it appears and had springs popping up One of the LR chairs arm was wobbly. “We stayed for two nights while in town for an event and found the experience to be mixed. The location was great and communication with the host was prompt and professional. However, there were a few aspects of the stay that could be improved.The unit had a more minimal setup than expected — for example, there were no window coverings in the bedroom, which made it difficult to sleep in after sunrise.
