You are just minutes from downtown, Drake University, top restaurants, nightlife, coffee shops, and local favorites. A short walk brings you to the historic Waveland Golf Course, the iconic Waveland Café, and La Mie Bakery, making it easy to enjoy the neighborhood like a local.

Inside, the home features a warm and inviting living area designed for relaxing and spending time together, complete with smart TVs, games, and comfortable seating. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need for home-cooked meals, quick breakfasts, or evenings in, while the dining and living spaces flow easily for group stays.
