Cozy Holiday Retreat near DesMoines-Perfect for Holiday Stays

Fully renovated, dog friendly, 3BR home blends modern comfort with practical amenities. High-speed Wi-Fi, private office, and quiet spaces make it ideal for work related travel, relocations, or extended stays. Families will appreciate the 2 living room areas, cozy bedrooms, super clean/newly renovated bathrooms, Pack ’n Plays, and high chair. All utilities, free parking, and fully stocked kitchen are included. Conveniently near DSM airport, Drake Univ, hospitals, & downtown, this bright welcoming home is perfect for both work and relaxation.

Beds: 3 Queen Beds (2 main level + 1 additional in finished basement)

Bedrooms: 2 plus additional basement space

Bathrooms: 1.5 on Main Level + 1 Full Bath with Shower in Lower Level

Office Space: Private work space for remote work. Desk, Chair & high-speed WiFi

Family Friendly: 2 Pack ’n Plays + 1 High Chair + kiddie table & folding chairs provided.

Parking: Free driveway and street parking (no garage access available)

Wi-Fi: High-speed, work-from-home ready

Perfectly designed for mid-term guests, traveling professionals and work crews, or families relocating. Every detail has been thoughtfully curated from new flooring and fresh paint to brand-new bathroom fixtures and modern furnishings.

Please note: The basement has one lower duct bulkhead and a lower shower entrance. Taller guests (6’0”+) should mind their head!

GUEST ACCESS
Guests will have full private access to the entire home, including the main floor, finished basement, bedrooms, bathrooms, office, kitchen, and living spaces.

You’ll also have access to a private driveway for parking and a private backyard. Please note…the yard is not fully fenced.

Entry is simple with self check-in via a smart lock. There are three steps leading up to the front entrance with a handrail for safety.

Please note: Garage access is not available at this time. One storage closet inside the home is reserved for owner use and will remain locked. All other areas are fully available for your use.

PETS
* Additional Pet Fee of $100per pet/stay applied added to booking.
* Only bring friendly, non-aggressive dogs, as there are small children in the neighborhood.
* Never leave pets unattended inside the home unless properly crated.

Hardwood Floors — Paws & Respect, Please!
*We love dogs (and welcome them!), but our newly refinished hardwood floors don’t love long toenails — especially from our bigger furry friends.
Please keep your pup’s nails trimmed to help prevent scratches.
*Guests are responsible for any damage caused by pets — including nail marks or floor gouges.
*Thanks for helping us keep our hardwood floors as beautiful as your stay!

*Cats are not permitted due to allergy concerns.

Great house with great accommodations- all newly renovated and lovely decor. Beds were comfortable and living spaces were great. My dog loved the backyard to run and fetch. I would highly recommend this home.
