“The breakfast is just mediocre. Do NOT expect anything like hot tasty breakfast food you can get at the Hotel Peppertree. No, this is all Costco food and cold. You can heat it all up in the microwave or the really slow toaster. Bagels, english muffins, condiments all in tiny plastic bite-size portions. Coffee is mid. Half-n-half being the only option besides milk in a plastic bottle. Or honey in a to-go size squeeze packet! Breakfast here is very unremarkable. The rooms are big. The furniture……

“Staff were LOVELY and the room was clean and comfortable. However, this is an updated motel. It is nicely updated but all rooms open to the outside, not onto a hallway and there is no elevator to the second floor which can be difficult for families or those with mobility challenges. For this level of accommodation i would not pay these rates again and had I not prepaid I would have cancelled and gone to a proper hotel for the same price. $95 maximum seems more appropriate. ”

“The hotel rooms are very old, There is a clear difference from the picture ！many corners of the rooms are dirty, and the attitude of the front desk staff is very poor! Very disappointed!”

“Lesson learned. Booked a 2 night stay for 4 of us. We checked in and although I booked a 4 bed private room they set us up in a 3 bed room. Our 4th person ended up not being able to make it so that worked out. But we did pay for the larger room despite not receiving one. In addition the whole house was completely trashed, fridge full to the brim with items and a rancid stench. We couldn’t use any of the communal space at all and we’re pretty much ostracized to our room only. I assume because……
