Located between Palm Springs and Joshua Tree, our studio offers convenient location and cozy and fun space. There is a modern full kitchen, spacious bathroom, sitting area with amazing panoramic windows, and a quaint bedroom nook with a full size bed.

ONE bed studio is set up for 2 guests but due to high demand we allow up to 3 guets with fee. We do have a futon but for more comfort you can bring airmattress & extra bedding.

Take in the beauty of Mount San Jacinto's landscapes right from the windows of this newly renovated studio apartment. This studio can sleep 2 guests and comes with 1 full size bed and a single sofa, as well as a 50” flat-screen smart TV for streaming. Full sized bathroom with newly tiled shower.

Guest access
The guest will have exclusive access to Unit #4 and shared common area access on the property.
Other things to note
This is indeed the desert. Dust and critters are part of the package. The place will be professionally cleaned prior to your arrival and be have routine pest control. We don’t have too many critter invaders but as it gets warmer we start seeing more activity. No one is ever comfortable with bugs, but water bugs, crickets, gnats, and other insects are part of this habitat. Be mindful of your surroundings when walking outside, specially in the warmer months.

Per City ordinance we must keep volume levels low and have a noise monitoring device in the home. This device reads the noise level in decibel format. To be clear the noise monitoring does NOT record any conversations.

Due to strict city ordinance, we strictly enforce the NO parties or gathering policy. The ordinance also states that: "No outdoor music, radios, musical instruments or other devices that produce or reproduce sound shall be allowed to be used outdoors at any time." Please be considerate of our neighbors.
