Great spacious home with bug problems

The house was nice location was great but the ants swarmed the restroom and the room next to it we couldn't use that restroom and my kids had to sleep on the couches they were afraid of the ants and woke up with several ant bites we took the time to go out and buy raid to kill the ants but more and more came all weekend long. The home 99 degrees when we arrived we had a hard time falling asleep the first night, the house could have been cleaned a bit better spider webs in the master bedroom and clean cups had lipstick on them all of this could have been prevented of someone inspected the house in-between renters I'm sure after this the owner will have these problems taken care of the owner decided to refunded me $125 without me asking for refund I do appreciate that I did not ask for it just being able to leave my review so others can have this knowledge before picking a home is good enough for me remember there are several other homes around the same price in the area take your time and read reviews

Great house in a great neighborhood

Very cozy place for the extended family and a dog. Well equipped kitchen. Convenient to stores and restaurants.

Hot Springs Stay

Property was clean. Kitchen had more than adequate pots, pans, and utensils. Could use a better can opener and some pot scrubbies. Bedding was clean. Used the washer and dryer, which was very helpful. Since I used to have a property in Desert Hot Springs, I found the property easily. If someone not familiar with DHS comes in after dark, I'd advise them to take Pierson east, as it runs into Miracle Hill Road and the house will be easier to find. At night, approaching the house from Hacienda avenue, visitors will confront poorly lit streets.

Great location

The property was very clean and comfortable. Location is perfect for seeing Palm Springs and short drive to Joshua Tree. I would recommend.

First visit to the area

This was a first visit to the area to attend a tennis tournament. Timothy's place was spacious, clean, his instructions were clear, and communication was great. The rental experience was good and we would visit again. Only suggestion is that upgraded kitchen appliances would make this place 5 stars in every category. Thank you.

Quite Location

Nice location, close to Coachella Oasis, Palm Springs and not too far to Joshua Tree National Park. Comfortable relaxing house with everything you need.

Beautiful stay
