Enjoy a spacious, updated home with a bright open layout, granite kitchen with breakfast bar, and a stylish living/dining area featuring a sleek white leather sofa set and flat-screen TV. The remodeled bathrooms boast travertine tile and fresh cabinetry, and the in-unit washer and dryer mean no post-vacation laundry pile.

    The serene, island-themed master bedroom offers a plush king bed and flat-screen TV, while the roomy second bedroom has two full beds. French doors from both the master and living room lead to a patio and lawn.

    Bring your pup along—Chateau La Mer is pet-friendly, with grassy areas, sidewalks, and a stunning beach just steps away. Swim in the heated winter pool, rally on the tennis courts, or fire up the outdoor grills. The quiet, no-through-traffic neighborhood is ideal for families and pets.

    Pet fees are $100 per pet (max two pets under 50 lbs), with an additional $150 for long stays over 28 days. No cats allowed.

Everything was perfect for us we have a lot of fun and the communication with the host was excellent anything that I ask was rapidly answered the beach beautiful we just has to walk there we don’t need to use the car to much , the rooms was very clean, was the perfect area, restaurant, store near everything we need, I want to tell the hosts thank you very much.

Actual condo was nice, not excellent. Some of the outlets were not working; no ceiling fans, but there were box fans. Floors left our feet black! Complex was very crowded and not enough parking close to our condo. Overall, the condo was nice, but not excellent. Best part was short walk to the beach, and the beach chair service! Lots of shops nearby and restaurants.

Awesome stay. The property was as described and as someone who used to clean for a resort, I was impressed with the cleaning crew's thorough cleaning in the condo. We love the area and plan to vacation in the future! Would totally recommend for a beautiful beach get away, only 5 min walk to the water.

Property was old. Could not get additional toilet paper or trash bags. Bathtub stuck in shower mode. Dining room chairs were old and uncomfortable. Master bedroom was hot. Ceiling fan would have been helpful. Television in living room was an older model.

Family Fun in the sun

The condo was PERFECT for the 5 of us. Just like the photos and just a 2 minute walk to the beach. Would absolutely stay again!

We had a few minor hiccups in the unit. No handsoap in the primary restroom. The bottle was by the sink but empty. The hook on the back of door was broken. So no hooks in bathroom. On our last day hallway toilet was clogged. Other than these issues everything was great. Loved the location and beach service! We were there when tropical storm Bertha arrived so we only got two beach days. The pool was great and not far from our unit. The family had a great time despite any minor inconvenience.

Cute condo with easy beach access

Very clean and spacious condo. The private beach access was close and we loved having beach services included. Check in and out was easy. We loved that they had plenty of towels.

Beach vacation

The unit was very nice! I especially liked the double beds in the spare room so my kids each get their own! We loved the porch area and having a washing machine/dryer in the unit. Short 4-5 minute walk to the beach! We would definitely stay here again!

CLM condo

The condo is conveniently located, very close to the pool and beach and we feel like overall it was a great value. Our only complaint, the floors were not very clean.

From Houston

Stayed here for a week and this is a great locstion, just a short walk to the beach and the pool was across from our unit which is a plus. The only thing the rooms were hot but stand alone fans were in the unit. Overall our stay was great! Fully stocked of everything needed like plates, cups, silverware, etc.
