Destin on the Gulf 307 is a 2 bed/2 bath beachfront condo located in Destin. This unit comfortably sleeps 6 with its King bed, and 2 Double beds setup. Enjoy stunning Gulf views with this unit's private balcony, as well as the properties amenities which include a private boardwalk and walkway, a beachfront pool and charcoal grills to cook seafood from the local charter boats or grill your favorite meal. This unit also comes with complimentary beach service from March 1 - October 31st. This amenity is complimentary, and no compensation will be offered if beach service is unavailable due to acts of God.

Great location-unit dirty and dated.

Great location but unit was dirty and dated, cabinets were falling apart, and kitchen were missing essentials. Bathroom tub was clog and the 2nd bedroom didn’t have a dresser or place to put clothes, specially if potentially 4 people sleeps In the room there’s no place to keep you clothes, it has a closet but no hangers. Gym some equipment was missing parts and fan didn’t work. We fall in love with the view, how accessible was to the beach, Pool was clean and the building well maintained.
