Very relaxing and perfectly close to the beach

This house was great for my family and I, short walk on large concrete sidewalk to the beach and the house was perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach, refreshing pool and cozy inside with comfy couch and bedrooms. We had a great stay

We loved the pool, layout and openness of the house, location and easy communication with the host. A few things I’d like to have had were a bigger pot for pasta and seafood boil, but I know I’m just being picky! The king bed in 2nd bedroom has seen better days and was a little sunken but we still slept okay. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would definitely return!

Excellent house in a great area. Close to beach and shopping if you need something from Publix or want to eat out. House has all you need including an air conditioned garage for the kids to play in. Would definitely stay here again.

Loved our stay! The house was great, very close to the beach and everything was close! The only thing I can say is if you have 10 adults the triple bunk bed is very questionable. It can hold kids no problem. Not a bad thing because the couch was super comfy! The pool areal is great, over all we loves our stay!

We had a great time.I will say we were unable to utilize the outside area due to rats! Each night they would come out of the grill and over the fence and along the top of the fence and behind the bar. There was also so many leaves in the back area that the pool was covered with them the entire time. The house was beautiful.It was clean it was exactly as described. Like I said , our only complaint was unable to utilize the outside area , which is important to us because we like sitting out there but the rats won that game!!!

Lots of Room

We enjoyed staying at this house. Lots of space to hang out in. Could use some lamps in the living room for more ambiance instead of big glaring ceiling fan light. Also no ice maker. Also, they were building a house across the street so there was lots of noise and congestion due to workers parking in the middle of the street. But all in all it is a nice house. Bonus, heated pool!

We stayed for 4 nights everything went great. The house is great and the communication with your staff is great. No complaints whatsoever. One minor suggestion the doors tend to squeek put a little WD40 and that should fix it.

Comfy Cute Home Near the Beach

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Under the Sea. The nicely-decorated home features comfy beds, spacious comfortable living room, nice-sized pool and cute tiki bar. We also enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and being two blocks from the beach. Great shopping and restaurants are also within walking distance. While there are a lot of great things about this home, we were disappointed that the grill didn't work and there weren't enough pots and pans to adequately prepare home-cooked meals so we purchased a couple. Given the rental, I would suggest getting a nicer coffeemaker and pots/pans. But even with those minor issues, we would definitely stay at Under the Sea again!

Perfection in a house

The house was perfect for our needs. 3 families stayed here and everything was comfortable. Plenty of places to sleep and the pool was awesome after a long day at the ballpark.

Destin 2021 family vacation

This was a cute place an nice at one time but it needs a little TLC.House It needs a heavy duty cleaning. The tiki bar area an house needs power washed in the back area. The game room area had such a strong odor like sour rugs. Couldn't use it for horrible odor but it's a great area for young kids. Location to beach is awesome. We enjoyed our stay .

This was nothing fancy but having the pool was clutch. Super private too. The property itself shows some signs of wear — the couch needs a good cleaning — but we had a great rate and would stay again for the savings and having a private pool.

Great Beach house, Great Location

I stayed at this house with my teenage daughter and a couple of her friends. From the moment we walked in the door till the unfortunate time of departure, we had a great time. The house was fantastic. It was much larger than it looked like in the pictures. The bedrooms were large with large closets. There was a large TV in every room with more channels than I would ever expect. Not only was there an abundance of TV channels but they were all internet ready and had all kind of viewing options ready. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. The washer and dryer were very new and easy to use. Outside the pool was fantastic and I spent most of my time at the Tiki Bar. Having a TV at the bar was awesome. We also used the grill and it worked great as well. Location to the beach was a very short 5 minute walk. I would most certainly stay here again. Thanks for such an enjoyable week.
