Family getaway

Nice clean property well managed. Pleanty of space for all of us. Was missing the grill that was listed and the bunk bed room was little more than a closet. Other than that we had a great time and would come back again.

Issues with pool

When looking for a place to stay, a private pool was a must. That’s 99% why we chose this house. When we arrived, the pool was ice cold, so we emailed to heat it. They took the $250 extra out of my account and then said the Maintenance guys never told him the heater was broken. (We have still not received that money back, it’s been 5 days) So we were not able to use the pool once. (The kids did one time) due to it being too cold. Also, half of the outlets did not work. We flipped every switch in the house trying to figure it out and couldn’t. None of the outlets in either bathroom worked. It had a gorgeous kitchen, also had a crib and high chair which really came in handy.

AWESOME and very relaxing beautiful home.

This was an AWESOME home. Everything was clean. A gated community. Private pool. It was actually more than what we expected and not far from everything. We enjoyed The Cove.

Nice neighborhood, great location

Overall a nice experience. Property manager was communicative. Very nice and quiet neighborhood so close to EVERYTHING including the beach. Our jacuzzi wouldn’t get hot so that was a huge disappointment for all of the adults. Be prepared to be absolutely quiet. We received a noise complaint at 3 pm on a Monday for playing family friendly music too loudly while taking the kids out for a swim at our pool. But it wasn’t a big deal for us to just turn it off. It wasn’t the cleanest property we’ve vacationed at but also not the dirtiest. We did find the following (trash under a few of the beds including solo cups and a cigarette). A loose braid was also discovered but overall it was fairly clean. Again, great neighborhood and nice property management.
