We had a perfect stay. Loved the home layout, the screened porch and location. The golf cart is a great amenity and made accessing nearby beach, restaurants and shops easy. Relaxed at the pool and used the exercise room. Those we encountered in the neighborhood were extremely welcoming. Loved it!

Lots of privacy with a large family. More usable space than we could have expected! No balconies and dangerous water features for little kids. TV instructions would have been great--we couldn't operate the technology!

Property is walking distance from the beach. We were 3 families and the living area was spacious enough for all of us. Coffee pot provided, but bring your own coffee pods/creamer/sugar. Neighborhood was very nice/quiet. We would rent this location again.

The property is equipped with all the amenities for a wonderful vacation. It's very close to the beach. You can walk if you wish, or you can go by bike or golf cart, as there is parking at the beach entrance. This is my second time in Destin, and this house exceeded my expectations. It will remain on my list of favorites for next year.

Beautiful and accommodating

This was a beautiful house and area, short and easy walk to the beach and the golf cart was very handy as well. It was very roomy and beds were comfortable. It was easy to communicate with the owners regarding the trash pick up as there was a problem with trash being left in the outside cans prior to our stay but it was handled. We would love to come back.

Destin vacation station

It was a beautiful house. In a beautiful gated community. Enough room for our rather large family. Close to the beach and the many restaurants. Excellent distance to shopping as well. Great house and a great stay overall 10 out of 10!

The best house!!

This house was amazing! We loved the location! The golf cart made getting to the beach very easy. We had plenty of room for our party of 6, even with all the clothes the teenagers brought! The beds are so comfy, the living room is spacious and comfy, the back patio is covered and so nice, and this house has the best water pressure!! We hope to stay here again!!

Great Place but needs repairs

Great location and enjoyed using the golf cart and pool. Down fall was most of the glassware was either chipped or cracked and skillets were dirty. The garage door didn't work, and the front door needed the batteries changes, management wasn't much help with the door issues. There is beach supply in the garage, but management told me there wasn't any, so I brought down my own.

My stay in my Little Slice of Paradise

The house was great. There were lots of additional items provided to make your stay more comfortable. The pool is nice and just a short walk to the beach. My only negative was that it was fourth of July weekend and Destin was very crowded. Thanks for making our stay so comfortable.

Do not rent this house

Many issues arose during our stay. Master bathroom toilet did not flush and made a high pitch noise. Dishwasher was never working the entire stay. Bedroom fans stay on high, cord to change missing. tv in master bedroom powered on all night long, no way to turn off. DVD player did not work. no emergency candles or flashlights when power went out multiple times. smoke detector in bedroom not functioning. Filthy dirty house, floors, window sills, rugs, everything dirty. mold in master bedroom shower. tiny black bugs all over full bath in hallway. Broken shower door/no track in hallway bathroom. Bunkbed room has no closet, fan, or nightstand. Do not even say it's a room. Chairs for the beach in the garage were broken and in very poor shape.

Little slice of heaven

What an amazing property! We never left a mile radius and were able to hit the pool AND the beach! The house is beautiful, and you can walk or take the golf cart to both the pool AND the beach! Only downside is that the HOA is very strict on rules. Other than that, we loved it and would totally stay here again!!

Overall pretty good minus the mold

Overall our stay was really great. For the most part we had everything we needed. The house was clean & everything was very comfortable. The major pitfalls of this place…. Mold was on the ac vents in the bedrooms, mold was on the cushions on the patio furniture, the ice maker did not work, the TVs did not work well, we ran out of TP on day 2 and the AC took a looooong time to cool the house off. The location was great, the golf cart was very convenient, the rooms were clean and the beds were comfy! One thing to note is that they had lots of beach chairs in the garage, beach toys for kids and even a bassinet for the beach. We didn’t use any of the kids stuff but it would have been nice to know about the provided beach chairs as we all brought our own!

Overall Good Place

Overall house was very nice. Master TV didn’t work, filter status on fridge water/ice was red and needed to be replaced. For a house that sleeps 12 having more than 2 dishwasher pods would have been ideal as well as little kitchen supplies like salt and pepper. This house is ran by a property management company and they made you talk to them through their portal vs VRBO which isn’t preferred. The cleaning crew showed up an hour before checkout and we’re just waiting outside which was a little weird. As I said, overall great house and great location.

Worth it!

Everything here was great. Only thing is the master bedroom tv didn’t work but we were too busy to use it anyways. Also the furniture could use a deep clean as well as the floors, I would not walk barefoot. But overall it was a great fit for our family and friends. The golf cart was also a huge plus and it was very close to the beach and amentities exactly as listed. I would definitely stay here again 😊

Great location- needs some deep cleaning

Location of property is great and the area is beautiful. The golf cart available comes in handy to go to the beach which is literally across the street. Plenty of space and a few extras for beach use.. However, area rugs in bedrooms and living rooms are filthy practically brown as well as the couch. Vents are full of mold. Black Ants in the bathrooms. Check the windows. It has become a personal habit after a bad experience. 7 windows in the house were unlocked and cracked open. Thank goodness we checked and locked them. That is a huge safety issue.
