It was a nightmare and I have stayed in the condo 6100 through holiday isle for the last several years and this year it entire family always stays there, but after this we may be forced to take our business elsewhere. The condo was dirty, sink clogged, toilet stopped up, TV in two rooms did not work. I reported it upon check in gave it a few days and called then nobody showed up to fix it until almost week later. Smelling fecal matter for a week was disgusting. Then manager only refunded 10 percent after ruining my vacation. I felt like the manager did not care about my inconvenience and hardship this placed me in. I also felt management felt it was mu responsibility to continually complain until it was fixed which is outrageous since it should only take one complaint and someone should have been out to fix problems. There was also roaches dead all over the unit which is gross. All in all this was the worst vacation experience I've ever had. My husband just died and I truly needed a good peaceful vacation and that is not what I was given by sandpiper cove. I am looking to buy property in the area and after the way this was handled I will not buy there, and probably will not be back as a guest.I should have been compensated better for ruining my entire vacation this year. At minimum I should have been refunded half the condo rental. Terrible customer service 😑
