Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I loved the size of the condo, but that is about it. When we got there the condo smelled so bad we went to target and bought candles and plug-ins to help with the smell. We could never figure out how to turn the light on in the living room, and the back porch light didn’t work. It’s very outdated and the carpet needs replaced. For the amount of people that could stay in the condo; there isn’t adequate sitting.

This condo is located right next to the restaurant which is great! We stay at Sandpiper Cove every year & will continue to do so!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rental was great, our family of 4 had plenty of room to spread out, 3 bedrooms allow our 2 boys to have some quiet time when wanted. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and cooking utensils and the back porch was amazing. Outdoor sofa was perfect for all of us to sit and enjoy the views of the bay. We would definitely recommend this condo for big families. We had a great stay! Also big shout out to the cleaning staff and front office for finding and contacting us about our medical testing kit that we left in the condo after checking out.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was not clean at all. The furniture is extremely old and dirty. The floors were dirty. We even found other people's hair in the bed. There was no soup or shampoo. You have to pay your own chairs and umbrella when you go to the beach. The owner does not include them (some units do). The location is far from the beach but on the harbor (which is good). If there is anyone staying upstairs, you would hear any move they make. We do not recommend staying at this unit.

The lay out is awesome for a group of six adults, no one is crowded and couples can have their own private space and areas to enjoy alone time. Reviewer Comments: It was a nightmare and I have stayed in the condo 6100 through holiday isle for the last several years and this year it entire family always stays there, but after this we may be forced to take our business elsewhere. The condo was dirty, sink clogged, toilet stopped up, TV in two rooms did not work. I reported it upon check in gave it a few days and called then nobody showed up to fix it until almost week later. Smelling fecal matter for a week was disgusting. Then manager only refunded 10 percent after ruining my vacation. I felt like the manager did not care about my inconvenience and hardship this placed me in. I also felt management felt it was mu responsibility to continually complain until it was fixed which is outrageous since it should only take one complaint and someone should have been out to fix problems. There was also roaches dead all over the unit which is gross. All in all this was the worst vacation experience I've ever had. My husband just died and I truly needed a good peaceful vacation and that is not what I was given by sandpiper cove. I am looking to buy property in the area and after the way this was handled I will not buy there, and probably will not be back as a guest.I should have been compensated better for ruining my entire vacation this year. At minimum I should have been refunded half the condo rental. Terrible customer service 😑

It was a very relaxing and clean unit with an absolutely amazing deck looking onto the water. Can’t wait to come back!
