Great Beach Condo

We loved this condo building and unit. It was the perfect setup for our group of 9. The location can’t be beat. The view was fantastic. We will be booking again next summer!

Beautiful Beach

We enjoyed our stay at the Inn on Crystal Beach. The beach was beautiful. The chair service was so convenient. The new restaurant opened up downstairs while we were staying so that was a treat. The only downside was there was a bit of construction during our stay. Overall the impact was minimal. We would return.

This is a wonderful property

We loved this property It was very nice and easy access to beach and pool Beautiful view! The service from our “Property Management”. - Saltwater Vacations was fabulous- They are the true Managers - VRBO does nothing for you! They actually cancelled are first vacation rental in April 2021 before our July 4 rental- we had reserved in August of 2020 .... just a “sorry”! They refunded us our money but not our well sought out vacation rental property. We will never use VRBO again

Good Property

Pros: The condo was spacious, well decorated, had a great kitchen, plenty of seating for 6 adults, and an absolutely beautiful view! In addition to the complimentary beach set-ups, we had access to chairs and other beach items, which was great. Plenty of towels, and fully stocked kitchen. Parking was also easy. some of the problems we encountered were with the Inn At Crystal Beach cleanliness and maintenance. All of the carts for luggage were filthy, and had flat tires! The parking garages smelled horrible, and was filthy. The elevators were also dirty. I am assuming that the folks who clean the condos are with the Inn as well, and they left a dirty mop, face-up, in the food pantry, where it was rubbing on the shelf we were supposed to put food, the master bedroom comforter had numerous large bleach stains, and the family room furniture could use a little cleaning as well. The Dryer charger switch was also about to fall out of the wall, which worried my firefighter husband, and one of the bathrooms had cold water in the shower, not warm or hot, so it was disappointing for the 4 adults to have to use one shower. We purposely booked a condo with 3 full baths, for 3 adult couples.

Caked food on dishes in cabinets and eating utensils, dirty linens (dried DNA😏), hair in shower drains upon arrival. Door from master to outside inoperable.

Pro: Incredible views, close to everything, inside parking, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen. Con: broken freezer requiring repair and still broken thus losing over $100 in food; dryer broken (does not turn off); toilet off game room doesn’t flush correctly; trundle bed mechanism broken.
