Property was good size for large group. We had 22 people for a family reunion. It looked like they were in the middle of working on repainting the walls. Large patch matks that had not been repainted throughout house. Otherwise very nice. Property management was communicative through text throughout our stay. Very close walking distance to the beach.

Business meeting at the beach

Although this was a quarterly business meeting, I held it here because I wanted it to be a very casual environment. Everyone loved it! In fact, the back yard and pool area was so nice, the team decided to stay there rather than going to the beach during our free time.

We had a great time at Blessings By The Sea. The house was beautiful and well maintain. It’s great for entertaining and a very short walk to the beach. The property was exactly as described. We were a party of 16 and had more than enough seating in the main room and we were able to have dinner together in the dining area. The pool and jacuzzi were a bonus as we enjoyed both during the day and at night. Property management was only a phone call away we needed assistance with a matter and they responded promptly.

Spring break with the kids

It was very easy to make the arrangements and set up the payments and everything was as stated the only short coming if you want to call it that, was we thought the pool was heated when we booked the property, but found out 3 day's before we left to come to the property that there would be a 75dollar a day for each day we would be there and that kind of caught us off guard, but we still had a good time, I would think it would be better and much more professional if that information was listed and explained on the listing and at time of booking just a thought 🤔

Crystal Beach

The house was perfect and while I used to think I had to be on the beach, a golf cart made getting to beach a piece of cake. The area streets not at all crowded and we were able to even go to dinner via golf cart…the pool was great…. This is not an area we’ve ever stayed at before but certainly happy to not be in the chaos of 30a!
