Pelican Beachfront with Amazing Ocean Views

As soon as you enter our 8th floor beachfront condo, you will leave all your cares behind and unwind while enjoying a direct view of the Gulf of Mexico. You can walk to the beach straight out of the building, no need to cross any roads.

Many updates done in March 2020: new kitchen countertops, cabinets and stainless steel appliances, brand new queen size sleeper sofa bed, brand new furniture, new paint, new flooring, and brand new TV's (42 inch in bedroom and 55 inch in living room).

We have high speed WiFi.

Our family vacation condo is right at the beach with unobstructed Gulf views from the living room, balcony, kitchen and dinner area. It has new floors and new kitchen. Everything is upgraded. Bunk beds in the hallway to sleep 2. The views, especially sunsets and sunrises from 8th floor patio is amazing, it is very silent and tranquil up there. Most guests see the dolphins in the morning. We offer free high speed Wifi. Pelican Beach Resort is the prime family destination of the area. Tiki Bar is closed during Nov-Feb.

This is a no smoking facility, smoking is not allowed inside the unit or on the balcony. Resort has the eviction power for those who do not follow the rules. Smoking is only allowed at two designated locations at the Resort.

There is no road to pass, We are directly on the beach. We provide 2 beach chairs and an umbrella for our guests. During March-October there is a beach service at the Pelican Private Beach and beach vendor does not allow chairs/umbrella in front of their rental chairs. For guests that prefer 1st or 2nd row seats, we provide their contact information, so you may reserve seats in advance.

PETS are not allowed per the HOA (no matter how small).

You will feel the luxury all around you in this condo. The unit is updated with new furniture and vanities. Kitchen cabinets are upgraded. All of the appliances are replaced with Stainless Steel units. The unit is tastefully decorated with everything that you would need. We operate the rental ourselves as a family so you will get individual attention from me.

We offer a duo coffee machine that includes coffee pot for multiple and coffee pod for single use (as seen in the pictures). Please bring coffee and filters.

We provide washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience.

We provide hand, face and body towels. Please bring your own beach towels. Please be aware that there's no daily maid service.

We provide a startup supply of two rolls of toilet papers in each bathroom, travel size shampoo/conditioner/lotion/body wash sets in each bathroom along with hand soaps, one roll of paper towel in the kitchen, dish liquid, new dish sponge, a few garbage bags, a few dishwasher tablets and laundry pods.

We also have a pack-n-play/travel crib available for use. The dimensions are 40*30*28 inches.

You will have access to everything Pelican Beach Resort offers. Amenities include 3 pools, sauna, steam room, cafe, Tiki bar, spa, large open deck, tennis courts.

The resort has a security guard controlled gate. Access is controlled by the parking pass provided by the front desk

There is no check-in or check-out at the lobby. You simply go to the condo, enter the door code and make yourself at home.
Stop at Reception only to register (where they check the age requirements), get a parking pass and resort bracelets (during March-October) and sign off of the rules and regulations for the Resort. Please note that maximum of 6 people can register per unit.

Our check-in is at 4pm, Check-out is at 10 am. Since you directly go to the unit with your assigned door code, there is no deadline for checking in. You may check-in any time after 4 PM of the check-in day, just like you would at your own vacation home.

If you arrive early, feel free to enter into the resort, register at the front desk and get your parking pass and pool bracelets and enjoy the beach and the pools. However we do not allow early check-in's to the unit especially during high season since the unit is mostly booked back to back and we need extra time to prepare the condo.

We give privacy and space for our guests but are only a phone call away.

Parking is free right at the resort covered parking area. Pelican Beach Resort has free beach access, free guest pool, free gym for guests etc.

Property is undergoing a project to coat/seal the upper floor and the ramp of our parking garage as well as both tennis courts, and to replace the fencing around the courts. Project started at the end of December 2025 and is expected to finish by March 2026. During this period, the upper parking garage, tennis/pickleball courts and EV chargers cannot be accessed. Covered parking garage may also be closed in sections for minor repairs and safety. Similarly, during low season elevators will go under maintenance.

Please be informed that during low season, resorts and unit owners take on maintenance and renovation projects, which may be noisy at times and may make some amenities unavailable/limited at times. This is not unique to our unit, this is applicable to all units in beach vacation spots.

Cancellation Policy for VRBO and direct booking: Guest receives 90.00% if cancellation occurs at least 30 days before arrival - vrbo fees are not refundable; Guest receives 50.00% if cancellation occurs at least 15 days before arrival; No refunds within 15 days of arrival.
