Terra Palms vacation

The House was very welcoming and offered a wonderful retreat in the heart of this cozy small beach community. The communication with the management staff was very cordial and professional, they answered all of my questions promptly every time we asked. Great beach stay!

This was our first time to rent a house for a vacation, we normally just go to a hotel. I will say, Terra Palms was a really nice house. We will definitely look to stay here again. The location worked well for us to go wherever we needed on the island. The kids loved the bunk room. The kitchen had more cookware and utensils than I thought it would. There were even beach chairs and other beach items that I didn't know about, that if I had known I wouldn't have brought ours with us. The driveway was a little tricky having to pull the cars out for the golf cart we rented to charge or get the car out to go somewhere we couldn't go in the cart but not a deal breaker. It was nice to have a fan to plug in in the master bedroom to have some air movement since it doesn't have a ceiling fan in it, but the light fixture in there is very pretty. Anytime I had a question about anything the staff at Diamond Gulf Rentals were very helpful and quick to get me the answers I needed. Overall we had a very nice stay at Terra Palms and cannot wait to come back!

Perfect Home for a Family of Six!

We enjoyed our stay at Terra Palms very much! It was the perfect home for our beach getaway (2 adults and 4 teen boys). The home was spacious and all the rooms were spread out to give individuals quiet time when needed. I was incredibly impressed with the excellent communication Diamond Gulf Rentals provided leading up to and during our stay. The home was incredibly clean upon our arrival. It was well stocked with kitchen items for cooking, as well as plenty of bath linens and beach gear (umbrella, chairs, sand toys). We had almost everything we needed. It is a very easy .3 mile walk from the home to the beach. The only issue we ran into was the limited shoreline available to set up our umbrella and beach chairs for the day. Due to the beachfront properties on either side of Terra Palms' private beach access claiming their shoreline as "private," we only had about 35-40' of actual shoreline that is shared amongst the entire neighborhood and two high rise properties (The Enclave). My boyfriend and I had to be out on the beach by 7AM every morning to set up in order to set up right on the shoreline and not get stuck back behind others' set ups. But overall, we had a fantastic experience. We were very happy with the property and its close proximity to restaurants (a few within walking distance), shopping, and entertainment.

Perfect vacation spot

My family and I stayed in the Terra Palms property and really enjoyed it. It was very clean, comfortable, and relaxing. The house was a very quick walk to both the pool and the beach, which we loved! The house was in a great spot as it was not too far from going out to grab a cup of coffee or to have dinner. Leading up to the stay the property managers were a great service to keeping us updated on what we needed, how to check in, etc.. That was appreciated! Destin is simply a beautiful place and the Terra Palms made it even better.

Such an amazing vacay spot!

Amazing Stay!!!!!

This home is gorgeous and perfect place to spend vacation. The decor and cleanliness are exceptional. Also, there are so many extras such as a clothes steamer, high chair, Kuerig, and plenty of glassware, dishes and convenient kitchen items. It is a quick walk to the beach and in a very charming neighborhood. Stores and restaurants are close as well. The property management is very informative and quick to respond to questions.

Perfect location

Location is very convenient, close to shops, restaurants, and a short Walk to the beach. The only down fall is the private beach access door lock was broke so everyone was using it. Out par of the beach was overly crowded. The house was quaint and beautiful. The added wine gift was really appreciated. The stay was comfortable and pleasant.

Beautiful House; Clean and Cozy!

My family and I loved the house in Terra Palms. It was clean, had clean bed sheets, clean towels and that's a plus for me! Management was great too! They checked on us daily to make sure we were well accommodated and comfortable. The beach was only a block away; about a 5-7 min walk. Very convenient for the purpose being close to the beach. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you for your hospitality.

Has Everything!

We traveled as a group of 6, 4 adults and 2 children. The house was great and fit our needs perfectly. This house has everything! There was a wagon, beach chairs, sand toys, etc. We made use of the wagon and it helped tremendously going back and forth from the beach. In the future when traveling to Destin, I would definitely stay again!
