“Lovely house, well appointed with lots of kitchen equipment, toiletries, washer and dryer. Very nice walk in shower with large showerhead. Split system in each bedroom was great. Nice bedding and blankets. Just a few doors down from the lake which gave us a beautiful walk with our dog. Secure garden and ample street parking right outside the property. We really enjoyed our stay.”

“Check in was very easy but we had a problem with our billing invoice that was unresolved by the time we left. We changed the dates of our stay and feel we were charged for six nights rather than five. Host was unable to resolve the issue.House was spacious with a lovely sitting room in the back. The yard was unkept and outdoorfurniture was too dirty to sit on. The inside of the house could have been cleaner. The beds were not comfortable and the bedrooms were small. No dryer made washing and……

“It looks like the host lives in the house every day, other than when she has a booking. Her personal stuff and clutter is everywhere in the house. Sofas in lounge was covered with stuff, like a dinner tray left out, clothing, bags of old stuff. Clothing A-frame was in the house. Sheets on the washing line outside. Stained rugs. Vomit patch. Personal phone numbers stuck onto kitchen wall, eg Service Australia, disputes centre, aged care help. Personal family photos all over the place including……

“Hard surface floors not clean enough, some stove controls defective, towels & sheets - new, but not washed. New fridge with packing tape still on shelves. Yard awful. Exterior areas dirty.”

“The layout in a linear condo style made it spacious with all you’d need with kitchen, bed area and bathroom spa. Bed was big an comfortable with a gas log fire that kept the place very warm. Good location near spa centre but private. A short drive into Daylesford. Could do with some good ground coffee and plunger or capsule. Otherwise great”

“Host was amazing. Great communications. Made sure we were comfortable and welcomed, but otherwise stayed out of the way, but was always available if needed.The area is close enough to Hepburn and Daylesford that it felt part of the community there, but out of the way enough to keep away from the hustle and bustle.Just the way we like it.”
