“As a business owners, I dont leave bad reviews because usually a company at least tries. I have waited over 2 weeks to leave this review, however, to see if Evolve would refund me. They havent. The safety and cleanliness issues need no explanation if you look at the photos. This place was gross, smelly, and unsafe. It had improperly placed fire extinguishers, dirty cabinets, bad sheetrock and peeling up flooring, faulty wiring/ lights and an unphotographed bullet hole in a door. The fence that……

“First off, this was my first Vrbo experience. Karin was most helpful and patient with me when I asked numerous questions.The property itself was really nice, clean and conveniently located to everything. I loved my stay here. Highly recommend.”

“I stay at extended stay places a lot and this was the best in a long time. I paid extra for the upgraded room and it was worth it. I had a few issues in the bathroom but they were taken care of immediately and expertly. The front desk was helpful and responsive and all the staff I met during the week I was there were very nice. I will be staying there again. ”
