“A lovely home in a quiet neighborhood. Very close to LA Tech and a short ride to Grambling. The rooms were clean, beds comfortable, kitchen fully equipped. The freezer had not been cleaned and the Keurig machine needed a deep cleaning. The grill out back was too dirty to use. We did alert the host about these items and he was concerned and planned to follow up with his cleaning service. There was an Xbox that didn’t work and a Nintendo 64 that would not connect, but the 8 bit Nintendo……

“Spacious with great amenities and opportunities for excellent interactions with guests and family members. Restricted access to television and local TV, must rely on your own streaming capability. Large outdoor area including porches and yard space. All in all, a very good property, well maintained with easy access to local eateries, activities, universities, etc.”

“The property was top notch. The pictures don’t do it justice. We had 8 adults who slept in the property and 2 that stayed in an RV with their teenagers in the circle drive. There was plenty of room for our other 4 cars in the driveway, and my sister and her family could have stayed in the house with us but they were traveling through and decided to just stay in their RV. There was so much to do for everyone! We enjoyed the outside games by the grill and Blackstone while watching football……

“We rented this property to attend our daughter’s graduation from La Tech along with several family members. The house has been beautifully redone and was very clean. The host had several little nice touches - water, popcorn, flip flops, fuzzy socks, toiletries and even sleep masks. There was plenty of room for all 8 of us and we even had additional guests over after graduation and never felt crowded. It was very close to the college but the neighborhood was a little ran down.I gave 4 stars……
