“Rummet saknade möbler. Inga nattduksbord, byråer eller hylloeör. Vi förvarade våra kläder i resväska. Telefon och böcker fick vi lägga på golvet bredvid sängen. Det saknades hängare i badrum och hall. AC var trasig. Balkongdörren var sönder.”

“The reception staff was helpful and made efforts to arrange for early check-in. The apartment is nice and modern. It is well-equipped. The location is close to the main train station and close to tram stops. Perhaps the management can re-look at the opening/closing of the shower glass door. It opens outwards and pushes the bath mat away; thus shower waters dripping wet on the floor. Perhaps the property can look at fitting a heating track in the bathroom. Overall, it's a nice place.”

“Location is so good! It only take around 10 mins to go Old Town by foot.However, the facility inside the room is worn. The shower door couldn’t close properly. And the bathroom light was flashing. The room is clean but will be glad if daily cleaning service can be provided. Room is suspicious with basic equipments. And the room’s sound proof is soso. You can hear people’s voice from other room easily.”
