"We particularly enjoyed the silly-but-fun luge ride. The canopy walk was also beautiful, even though the waterfall wasn't running due to it being the dry season. The pool was refreshing. Service at the restaurant, however, was quite slow."

"The room was listed with AC but clearly this is an error. Check-in instructions on Expedia are nonexistent, and necessary, especially if arriving by bus as there is no phone signal in the area. The food is ok (you are a bit of a captive market there) but expect a lot to be missing from the menu. Some of the walks/activities could be better mapped out and information generally improved. It’s a shame as the location is really nice and it could be a no brainer destination to visit if a few screws were tightened up."
